This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner Desert Medical Center. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

Major Cross Streets: Southern & Dobson. Banner Desert Medical Center is located just North of the 60 on Dobson.
Parking: Park outside Banner Children’s and use the Women and Children’s entrance to enter the hospital.
Class Room: Desert Bloom- your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
