This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner Payson Medical Center. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Please remember to bring snacks and water to each class, along with two pillows and comfortable clothing.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
