OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Thunderbird Medical Center- Virtual

This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3^rd trimester of pregnancy.

This three day virtual series is held three days on September 5^th, 12^th and 19^th from 6:30pm-9:00pm

Cancellation Policy:

Joining by Computer:

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
