This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Please remember to bring snacks and water to each class, along with two pillows and comfortable clothing.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

Major Cross Streets: North 12th Street and East McDowell Road. Banner Univeristy Medical Center Phoenix is located just North of the I-10 barely east of 7th Street.
Parking: Free parking is available by the east entrance of 12th street and McDowell Road.
Class Room: Prenatal Classroom located on 3rd Floor Ancillary Building next to East Lobby elevators. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Cancellation Policy:
