OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner University Tucson- In Person

This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner University Medical Center - Tucson. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3^rd trimester of pregnancy. Please scroll down to see all available class dates.

This is a two day series on September 3^rd and 10^th from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Surface level parking available or Parking Garage B (the first garage that you pass when entering from Campbell onto Elm Street).

Class Room:
Hospital Main Entrance, Tower 1, Floor 5, Classroom 504- your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
