Hablemos de Diabetes y Nutrición- Virtual

La sesiones "Let's Talk" o "Hablemos" es un evento benéfico para aquellos que son miembros de Banner Medicare Advantage con un diagnóstico de diabetes y está dirigida por nuestro equipo de Dial Into Diabetes. Estas sesiones se ofrecen convenientemente de forma virtual, a través de Internet o por teléfono.

Estas sesiones requieren que tenga una conexión a Internet, una computadora y/o un teléfono. Si no tiene una conexión a Internet en una computadora o teléfono, únase a las charlas llamando desde su teléfono.

Las siguientes sesiones están disponibles en español. Por favor, pregunte por la disponibilidad de clases de inglés. La inscripción es GRATUITA y es necesaria para reservar su lugar. Después de registrarse, recibirá la información de inicio de sesión y el número de teléfono de Microsoft Teams para asistir a su/s sesión/es. La información de la reunión se enviará a los inscritos de uno a tres días antes del día de la clase.

Esta clase le ayudará a seguir comiendo lo que le gusta. ¡No eliminar las comidas favoritas! Le ayudaremos a averiguar qué cantidad de sus alimentos favoritos puede manejar su cuerpo a la vez.

Microsoft Teams Requirement for Class Participation:

Note: Download the Teams app before the meeting to ensure a smooth start:

Joining by Computer:
- Click "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in your meeting invite.
- Choose to join via the web or download the desktop app. If you already have Teams installed, the meeting will open automatically.
- If you don’t have a Teams account and it’s allowed by the organizer, you can join as a guest by entering your name. If you have an account, sign in for access to meeting features. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting immediately or wait in a lobby.

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
- Join as a guest by entering your name if you don’t have a Teams account. If you have an account, sign in for full access. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting directly or wait in a lobby.
