OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Del E Webb Medical Center- In Person

This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3^rd trimester of pregnancy.

This is a three day series that will take place on September 12^th, 19^thand 26^th from 6:30pm-9:00pm.

Parking:
Parking at the main entrance (red lot) or Women’s center (purple lot) and follow sidewalk to enter at main entrance.

Class Room:
Please arrive 10 minutes early and proceed to Woman's Center or Tower C for Auditorium B. Auditorium is down the hallway near the Women’s center entrance. Women’s Center Entrance is now closed after 5:00pm, please enter through the main entrance which remains open until 10:00pm.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
