Please join us on Thursday, May 8^th at Banner Alzheimer's Institute Tucson for a Planning Ahead Workshop.

A diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias brings important decisions to be considered for the person and their care partner. Choosing a healthcare power of attorney to make medical decisions on your behalf is an important step in planning ahead for your care. This workshop will teach you what decisions are necessary, along with how to find help and pay for care, with an Elder Law Attorney, if needed. Help will also be available to add your decisions to the national database.
