Team members have specialized training in symptom management, as well as the ability to help patients and families establish goals and stay fully informed about their treatment options.
Conveniently located throughout Northern Colorado, the palliative care teams work closely with the patient, family members and other healthcare providers.
Palliative care optimizes quality of life by anticipating, preventing and treating suffering. Palliative care is appropriate at any age and at any stage of an illness, and can be provided along with treatments that are meant to cure. The palliative care team is also available to see patients in the hospital and in an outpatient clinic.
We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
