The Banner – University Medicine Rehabilitation Institute located on the campus of Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix focuses on recovery after musculoskeletal or neurologic injury. Our providers consult with patients during their stay in the hospital to begin the recovery process as soon as possible to ensure a speedy recovery.
Patients with ongoing needs post discharge continue to receive care from our clinic to help coordinate rehabilitative care and manage specialized neuromuscular needs.
The most common conditions seen by a physiatrist include acute and subacute musculoskeletal pain as well as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Our clinic also provides joint and muscle injections, botulinum toxin injections and prescriptions for orthotics and prosthetics.
We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
