What Do You Need for a Video Visit?

To have a successful video visit, you'll need: 

• A device with video and audio capabilities, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer.
• To ensure your device can connect to the internet and has a camera and microphone so your doctor can see and hear you clearly. 

How to Schedule a Video Visit

For primary or specialty care: Call your doctor’s office to schedule your video visit. They will confirm the date and time and send you reminders as your appointment approaches.

For Banner Urgent Care: You can book a video visit online for non-life-threatening issues.  

How to Join a Video Visit with Your Doctor

• For mobile devices: You will receive a text message with a link to your video visit. Click the link to enter the telehealth waiting room. If you are using Safari on an iOS device, you will need to allow access to your camera and microphone for express.evisit.com.
• For desktop or laptop devices: You will receive an email with a link to your video visit. Click the link to enter the telehealth waiting room. Make sure to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you don’t have one of these browsers, install it before your appointment.
