In addition to Banner Health, Vicki Keiser serves as the chair on Community Health Choice's Board of Directors, a regional health plan for the underserved in Texas and serves on the Amazing Place Board and Executive Committee, a not for profit focused on those affected by early to moderate stage dementia. She is a proven senior executive, leading and developing teams that produced growth and positive change in companies and organizations.
Keiser has filled several executive roles with Deloitte, including Regional Leader for Deloitte’s Healthcare Services. In this role, she led the team to grow the practice to more than $150 million and over 20% of domestic health care revenues. As a Regional Leader of Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative, she led the change in the firm’s culture, resulting in improved retention rates, career development and leadership advancement of women at Deloitte.
Additionally, Keiser led audit client teams serving public and private companies with multiple locations and international companies with U.S. operations. She has advised and consulted CEOs, CFOs and directors to enhance processes and improve financial performance.
Keiser has served as board member, officer and in other leadership roles for national and local not-for-profit organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association, successfully leading growth and change initiatives.
Ms. Keiser graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in biology and received her Master’s in Business Administration from The McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
