Jay Stallings was named CEO of Washakie Medical Center in 2014.
Prior to taking the helm at Washakie, Stallings was associate administrator at Banner Desert Medical Canter and Banner Children’s at Banner Desert, two facilities located on the same medical campus in Mesa, Arizona.
Stallings brings to the role experience as an adjunct faculty member and executive in residence with the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management; Southwest Ambulance, a Rural/Metro company; and Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.
Stallings is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Utah, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in German and political science. He also has a master’s in business/leadership from Grand Canyon University.
