OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Gateway Medical Center- In Person

This is a two day class that will take place on August 19^th and 26^th from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner Gateway Medical Center. Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended for all expectant mothers during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy.

Please remember to bring snacks and water to each class, along with two pillows and comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
