We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
