OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Thunderbird Medical Center- Virtual

This three day virtual series is held three days on July 11^th, 18^th and 25^th from 6:30pm-9:00pm

This class is highly recommended for every expectant parent. Mothers-to-be and their coaches say they feel more prepared, relaxed and knowledgeable about childbirth after taking this course. You learn what to expect during the late stages of pregnancy, how to detect preterm labor and what to do when labor begins. You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort measures, pain management options available, how your coach can support you and what happens during and following birth. This is recommend to all expectant mothers during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy.

Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).

Joining by Computer:
- Click "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in your meeting invite.
- Choose to join via the web or download the desktop app. If you already have Teams installed, the meeting will open automatically.
- If you don’t have a Teams account and it’s allowed by the organizer, you can join as a guest by entering your name. If you have an account, sign in for access to meeting features. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting immediately or wait in a lobby.

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
- Join as a guest by entering your name if you don’t have a Teams account. If you have an account, sign in for full access. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting directly or wait in a lobby.
