This class is designed for anyone expecting a baby, including those planning to deliver at Banner University Phoenix Medical Center. It covers essential topics such as managing pregnancy discomforts, nutrition, exercise, and preparing for labor and delivery. You'll learn about the stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, labor positions, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. The class also includes a tour of the OB Unit. We recommend attending during your third trimester to make the most of the information and resources provided. Please scroll down to see all available class dates.
We invite individuals preparing for a new baby to register for the class, and you’re welcome to bring one support person with you. Please note that we kindly ask that children do not attend.

Discounts: Discounts will be available by signing up for our complete OB class package, featuring all three OB classes. This includes: OB Childbirth, OB Baby Care and OB Breastfeeding.
