This class is for anyone who is preparing to breastfeed their new baby. Partners are encouraged to attend. Parents will discover the benefits of breastfeeding, how breastmilk is made, how often to feed baby, breastfeeding latch and positions, how to know breastfeeding is going well, pumps and storage of breastmilk are also discussed. This class is recommended during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
