OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner North Colorado Medical Center- In Person

This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included.This class is recommended for all expectant mothers during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy.

Please remember to bring snacks and water to each class, along with two pillows and comfortable clothing.
