This is for instructor candidates that are Non-Banner employees.
All participants must be ACLS cerified and be able to provide verification.
The Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS) two day course for September 26th and 27th provides healthcare professionals, including nonintensivists, with the training to manage critically ill patients for the first 24 hours or until appropriate critical care consultation can be arranged. The course concentrates on adult critical care but also includes separate sections on critical care for pregnancy and pediatrics.
The course fee for individuals wishing to attend and become an instructor will be $700. Location:

Parking:
Parking will be available at the 1441 N 12th St building, Lot A surface lot. This lot is across the street from the hospital off of 12th and McDowell Rd (east of hospital).
Valet will also be available at the 12th and McDowell hospital entrance. There is no fee for either, however, please be advised that valet attendants are compensated by way of gratuity.
Class Room:
Tower 2, 12th floor, and to enter the SimET center via the A pod. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Cancellation Policy:
- To receive a full refund, a request must be made 15 days prior to the course start date
- If cancellation request is received 7 days prior to course, there will be a $75.00 cancellation fee, plus the book cost deducted from refund
- If cancellation request is received less than 48 hours prior to course start date the registration fee will be forfeited.
