This class is designed for anyone expecting a baby, including those planning to deliver at Banner Fort Collins Medical Center. It covers essential topics such as managing pregnancy discomforts, nutrition, exercise, and preparing for labor and delivery. You'll learn about the stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, labor positions, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. The class also includes a tour of the OB Unit. We recommend attending during your third trimester to make the most of the information and resources provided..
