NPD- Nursing Professional Development Certification Review Course

This two-day NPD Certification (NPD-BC) event, held on December 5th and 6th validates the knowledge and skills of licensed registered nurses working in the nursing professional development specialty. It is a credential that marks professional achievement and elevates the standard of nursing education and practice.

The ANCC Nursing Professional Development board certification examination is a competency based examination that provides a valid and reliable assessment of the entry-level clinical knowledge and skills of registered nurses in the nursing professional development specialty after initial RN licensure. Once you complete eligibility requirements to take the certification examination and successfully pass the exam, you are awarded the credential: Registered Nurse-Board Certified (NPD-BC™). This credential is valid for 5 years.

Microsoft Teams Virtual Link:
Registration is required to obtain link to join the event. Virtual registrants will receive their entry link via email three days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:
Learners can cancel their registration up to 10 days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Joining by Computer:
- Click "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in your meeting invite.
- Choose to join via the web or download the desktop app. If you already have Teams installed, the meeting will open automatically.
- If you don’t have a Teams account and it’s allowed by the organizer, you can join as a guest by entering your name. If you have an account, sign in for access to meeting features. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting immediately or wait in a lobby.

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
- Join as a guest by entering your name if you don’t have a Teams account. If you have an account, sign in for full access. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting directly or wait in a lobby.
