In connection with National Health Care Decisions Month, we are hosting an online class to discuss Planning Ahead for Legal, Medical & Financial Decisions on Thursday, April 10th from 5:30-6:30pm.
Program Description: Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia is a condition that can last for 8 to 10 years and will require additional help and care as the disease progresses. Caregivers will learn about medical, legal and financial decisions that are needed along with how to find help and pay for care in the home, community and residential settings.
In order to participate in this event, you must have internet connection, a computer and/or a phone. Link will be sent in your confirmation once you register.
