My Banner journey began 29 years ago as an EDT and new graduate Registered Nurse at Thunderbird Medical Center. During my nursing clinicals, I walked into the Emergency Department and realized that becoming an ED Nurse and working at Banner was my calling. Since then, I have never looked back.

I have been fortunate enough to have received a range of opportunities and the necessary support over the years, which has enabled me to learn and progress in my career. I have worked in both traditional clinical settings, such as the Emergency Department, as well as non-traditional ones, such as finance. This journey has equipped me with the expertise required for my current position as Director of Perioperative Services. I am privileged to lead this team, and they have taught me a lot over the last two years. I am excited to see what the future holds!
