Medical staff bylaws provide the framework for the medical staff organization to discharge its responsibilities involving quality of medical care and the performance of its members. Bylaws provide the legal structure for medical staff operations, rights and obligations of staff membership, and relationships including that between the medical staff and Board of Directors.
Providers may request for ethics consultation 24 hours a day by calling the Medical Staff Office at (480) 854-5162 or after normal business hours, ask for the House Supervisor at (480) 854-5000. The Medical Staff Office or the House Supervisor will notify one of the co-chairs for an evaluation/case review.
