About Us

At Banner Urgent Care in north Tucson, we offer fast, convenient care for a wide range of health concerns. Conveniently located just east of I-10 near the crossroads of Ina Rd & Thornydale Rd, our clinic is easily accessible for those in the Casa Adobes community. We are also south of the Omni Tucson National Resort within Thornydale Plaza.

Our clinic is conveniently located near Sentinel Peak High School and is open daily. We treat a variety of conditions including sprains, broken bones, sinusitis, respiratory infections, tonsillitis, insect bites/stings and urinary infections. Our experienced medical professionals also provide expert care for sprained ligaments, strains, dislocations and other injuries. Our north Tucson urgent care offers comprehensive health and medical resources, including follow-up care to support your recovery.

We received fast and friendly service on April 17, 2023 at around 5:55 pm for a 6 pm appointment that I made online for my 2nd grade daughter who wasn't feeling well. Stephanie, the MA and receptionist, was wonderful; Denice, the healthcare technician (not sure what her title was, but she took my daughter's vitals, assessed symptoms, and thoughtfully gave her a cup of water) was also great. Natallia Phillips, the Nurse Practioner, took her time with my daughter and took her concerns seriously. We were referred to urgent care by my daughter's pediatrician's office (because the pediatrician was booked today, and the next day). I have been to this urgent care a few times before, over the last 4 years, and always had a wonderful experience there (despite the circumstances due to illness, whether it's for myself or my daughter). The facility was clean like always, and we were the only ones there.

Finally had time to go in for my UTI. Everyone was patient, friendly, and polite. Opted for the Telehealth visit, since yup, my sample was almost opaque…and that went smoothly. I think this was the first time ever I was given a say in with antibiotic to use! Fantastic visit—and I was in-and-out in under an hour!
