Managing your health while on anticoagulants can be difficult. At our Anticoagulation Clinic, we’ll help you coordinate your therapy with medication management, health monitoring and education. We’ll also make sure that your primary care doctor is always in the loop.

When you visit the clinic, you’ll start with a blood draw. From there, you’ll meet with a pharmacist and discuss any recent illnesses or lifestyle and dietary changes. Using this information and your blood work, the pharmacist will determine if any changes are needed and discuss these with you and with your primary care doctor.
