- Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy IOP (DBT Informed Skills Group): A skills-based treatment for individuals who struggle with overwhelming emotions that often lead to destructive behaviors and unstable relationships. Learn new skills to help reduce the intensity of emotions and begin to create a more balanced life. Group addresses mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Adult Chemical Dependency IOP: Structured sessions based on the 12-step model of recovery to treat alcoholism and drug addiction. The program incorporates 12-step meeting attendance and sponsorship. Group utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to address negative self-talk and begin the development of healthy coping skills for life’s stressors. To promote family involvement, families can attend on weekly family days.
- Postpartum Depression and Anxiety IOP: Group therapy for women who have given birth in the past year. One in 7 women experience depression, anxiety, and overwhelming thoughts during this time. Unfortunately, most women go untreated. If you are experiencing any unwanted, persistent feelings, group can provide coping skills in a supportive environment. Babies under one can attend the sessions.
- Adolescent Mental Health IOP: Group offers a safe and therapeutic environment for adolescents and parents/guardians to interact with one another, enhance understanding and improve relationships. Parents/guardians participate once a week with the adolescent to enhance communication. The other two days a week focus on the individual teens, their specific challenges, and learning coping skills. Group covers topics relevant to teens from the ages of
13-17.
- Adult Mental Health IOP for the LGBTQIA+ Community: Group is designed to help individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, unresolved trauma, coming out, rejection by friends/family/community, and transitioning.
