We regularly treat medical conditions including sinus infections, respiratory infections, sore throat, bee stings and urinary tract infections. This is a great alternative to the emergency room at Banner. Going to the website, choosing your appointment and going to the Urgent Care is so convenient. Before I found this facility, I had to either wait until the next day with my PCP or even longer or go to the emergency room when my kids are sick. No one wants to have to wait when your kid is sick and definitely don't want to have to camp out in the ER either. I scheduled online, went to the facility at my check in time and we were seen within 15 minutes. Better than that, we were out of the within the hour. The staff is friendly and efficient, the doctors are informative and knowledgeable. I would suggest this place to anyone that has an urgent need and can't get into see their doctor same day!

I love the ability to do a web check-in, so nice for busy schedules. The nurse, PA and the doctor all listened to me and we're very comforting. I ended up just having a sinus infection, but they made sure that I would be comfortable while I was getting better. Thank you all!
