Very happy with diagnosis. PA J Hoppes explained everything very well. She knew what was wrong right away. The only thing I was unhappy about was I had appt for 9:25am and wasn’t taken til 10 am.

It was 1pm, I went online to check-in remotely and save a spot. The earliest spot available was 4:45. I went in anyway. I arrived about 1:15, waited about 45 minutes, and was immediately visited by the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The NP came in a few minutes later and ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I was saying. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I was treated on location, I was given an explanation of medications I would get later at the pharmacy, I didn't feel like the NP was being condescending or have an attitude that I was somehow wasting their time. ALL the techs were amazing, even the one I barfed on (sorry again). I left feeling better, optimistic, and feeling like I had been treated with respect.
