Very happy with diagnosis. PA J Hoppes explained everything very well. She knew what was wrong right away. The only thing I was unhappy about was I had appt for 9:25am and wasn’t taken til 10 am.

Great service! Everyone is very nice and the PA was very thorough. I was pleased with my visit. This is the only urgent care I will go to.

They have the best nurses and doctors here that really care. This is where my family always goes. They also get you in and out quickly. It's best to make an appointment.

It was 1pm, I went online to check-in remotely and save a spot. The earliest spot available was 4:45. I went in anyway. I arrived about 1:15, waited about 45 minutes, and was immediately visited by the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The NP came in a few minutes later and ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I was saying. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I was treated on location, I was given an explanation of medications I would get later at the pharmacy, I didn't feel like the NP was being condescending or have an attitude that I was somehow wasting their time. ALL the techs were amazing, even the one I barfed on (sorry again). I left feeling better, optimistic, and feeling like I had been treated with respect.
