About Us

Banner - University Medical Center Sleep Center* is an outpatient health clinic located in the Annex building of Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix. We offer a wide range of treatments and support for individuals who suffer from sleep disorders. Our experts provide care for sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, idiopathic hypersomnia, parasomnia and other sleep disorders.

Patients and Visitors

To access our sleep center, turn into the parking lot in front of the annex building off of McDowell Rd. There is parking available in the front of our building.

For a home sleep test, please come to the sleep center the day you are scheduled at 2 p.m. or after. Find your locker and follow the instructions posted to get your code and remove the equipment to take home and use overnight. Then return the unit to the drop box the next morning before 11 a.m. If you have any issues accessing your locker, please call (602) 521-3501.
For an in lab sleep test, please ring the doorbell on the right side of the main door and a sleep technologist will let you in. If you are going to be late or have any questions, please call (602) 521-3501.
