Wellness Academy is a new initiative committed to educating you on some of the most common topics in healthcare.  Join us as our wellness experts bring you specialized education in a variety of subjects throughout the year. All Wellness Academy classes are offered online and at no additional cost. Each class will review a wellness topic and walk you through how to make actionable lifestyle changes.
