PHOENIX (August 2, 2024) - In an exciting early morning event, Banner Estrella Medical Center successfully delivered triplets via a C-section. This marks the second time that the hospital has welcomed triplets since its opening in 2005.
The healthy triplets were born premature at 34 weeks gestation on Monday, July 29. Two identical girls made their debut at 7:24 a.m., followed by a boy at 7:25 a.m. Mother and the babies will remain at the hospital for a couple of days.

Banner Estrella Medical Center, which delivered a total of 5,554 babies in 2023, stands as the second busiest hospital for baby deliveries within the Banner health system and the leading facility in the west valley region. The hospital is equipped to handle most high-risk deliveries past 28 weeks gestation, with maternal fetal medicine readily available.
