PHOENIX (Oct. 1, 2024) – Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix recently unveiled four new state-of-the-art operating rooms. The hospital now has a total of 28 operating rooms available for patients. The new additions will be used primarily for neurosurgery, orthopedics and general surgery.
The expansion will provide capacity for an estimated 15% growth in surgical volume each year, meaning more patients will be able to get the surgical services they need.
