QUEEN CREEK, AZ. (June 30, 2021) – Banner Children’s recently celebrated the grand opening of its new multi-specialty pediatric clinic on the Banner Ironwood campus, located at 37100 N. Gantzel Road, Suite 214. The new clinic joins a host of other robust pediatric-focused health care amenities to serve a rapidly growing area of Pinal County.
“We’re quickly meeting the pediatric care needs in Queen Creek,” said Monica Bejarano, division operations senior director for Banner Medical Group. “This area has experienced rapid growth for families with children and our new Banner Children’s Multi-Specialty clinic will allow them to seek treatment closer to home instead of having to travel further away.”
As patients and their families enter the new clinic, they’ll be greeted with a bright colored child-friendly front waiting area. The space includes six exam rooms and pediatric specialists that will provide care for a range of ailments from common to more complex for infants through teens.
This new clinic is part of a larger pediatric strategy for Banner Children’s in Queen Creek. Just last month Banner Ironwood Medical Center opened a new six-bed pediatric unit that provides fully integrated care for patients that may require an inpatient stay in the hospital. In addition to all these services, Banner Children’s also has eight general pediatric doctors at its Banner Health Center in Queen Creek.
