CASPER, Wyo. (Sept. 17, 2024) – Banner Health has opened its first home medical equipment clinic in Wyoming. Banner Home Medical Equipment (HME) is staffed with a licensed respiratory therapist, delivery technician, patient service representative and operations manager, and has medical equipment in stock and available for delivery to patient homes or care facilities.
The clinic, located on C Street and Yellowstone Highway, held a ribbon cutting and open house on Wednesday, Sept. 18, allowing the public to learn more about Casper’s newest option for HME including portable home oxygen, durable medical equipment and home therapeutic devices, all available locally. Banner HME works directly with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab facilities, sleep labs and provider offices to ensure that the appropriate equipment is available.
As a community health partner, Banner HME understands the importance of treating the patients in the most efficient, safe manner. The clinic’s high-quality products promote healing while keeping patients safe and comfortable and reducing their risk of rehospitalization. In addition to delivery, Banner HME offers in-home set-up and education to ensure that patients and their loved ones are comfortable operating their new devices.
