Patient Price Estimator

Banner Health now offers a Patient Price Estimator. Our self-service tool allows you to receive a price estimate for your out-of-pocket costs based on procedure type. Banner Health facility and applicable insurance information

As we continue to roll out the Patient Price Estimator, more procedures and facilities will become available.

To estimate your Banner Imaging (Outpatient Facility) bill, the following procedures are available in our Patient Price Estimator Tool:

• CT - chest/thorax
• DXA - Bone Densitometry
• Mammogram – diagnostic and screening
• MRI - lumbar spine
• Ultrasound – breast, abdomen and thyroid
• X-ray – chest

To estimate your Hospital bill, the following procedures are available in our Patient Price Estimator:

• Outpatient Surgeries: laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy and closed bladder biopsy
• Non-Invasive Cardiology: left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, heart rhythm cardioversion, combined right and left heart catheterization
• IV Radiology: percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy of leg vain and hemodialysis
• Cath Lab: cardiac ablation of cardiac arrhythmia

Facility Fees

Colorado Revised Statute §6-20-102 requires us to inform you that Banner Health may charge or bill a Facility Fee.  In Colorado, a “Facility Fee” includes any charge or bill for outpatient hospital services that is intended to compensate Banner Health’s operational expenses; and separate and distinct from a professional fee charged or billed by a health-care provider for professional medical services. No Surprises Act: Federal Law Provides Patient Billing Protection

The No Surprises Act establishes federal standards to protect patients from balance billing for defined items and services provided by specific doctors, hospitals and air ambulance carriers on an out-of-network (OON) basis. Learn more.
