Led by a registered dietitian certified in dietetics and sports performance, our performance nutrition program is tailored to your sport or activity and your body’s unique needs. The program includes:

Assessment of nutritional needs

At the start of your consultation we’ll discuss your specific goals, such as improved endurance, building muscle, enhancing recovery or getting ready for a specific event. Our team will also check your overall health, review your medical history and identify any nutritional deficiencies you might have.

Personalized performance nutrition plans

You’ll receive tailored meals that align with your training phases, ensuring you consume the proper nutrients at the right times. Our team will determine the right amounts of macronutrients you need based on your training and competition schedule and ensure you’re getting the essential vitamins and minerals crucial to performance.

Education on proper hydration and fueling strategies

We’ll evaluate your hydration status and needs, considering factors like sweat rate and environmental conditions, to ensure you remain properly hydrated during training and competition. We’ll develop specific strategies for fueling before workouts and optimizing recovery afterward, including the types and timing of foods and fluids.

Safe and effective use of supplements

To further enhance your performance, we provide guidance on the safe and effective use of supplements. Our experts will recommend specific supplements to help you get the necessary nutrients that might be difficult to obtain from diet alone. 

Ongoing guidance, coaching and support

Stay on track with consistent support and coaching from our team. We schedule regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, make adjustments and address any new challenges or goals.
