The East Morgan County Hospital Foundation, founded in 1991, exists to provide funds and support for the capital and program needs of the East Morgan County Hospital.
The foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable 503(c)(3) organization that is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors that includes five elected hospital District Board members and four at-large members.
Foundation funds are used to support the hospital’s building program and capital equipment needs.

Donations of more than $50 qualify for a Northeastern Colorado Association of Local Governments (NECALG) Enterprise Zone tax credit, which may allow for an additional 25 percent above the standard charitable deduction from Colorado state taxes.
