A training program that fosters safer, inviting and inclusive environment for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) community
A Building Inclusive Teams course that provides tools to help foster inclusive behaviors by developing: understanding of implicit bias, frames of reference and perceptual filters
A microaggression workshop that breaks down biases in a psychologically safe environment and provides an open dialogue for team members to share their stories and experiences.
