The questions in the application should be answered in separate sections with headings for each question, not in a combined narrative. Please be certain to answer fully and completely.

Once we have received your application and fee, your application will be reviewed by an ACPE Certified Educator. Applicants who are granted an interview will be contacted by a department staff member to schedule the interview.
In-state applicants for all CPE programs will appear in person for a screening interview. The interview will be conducted by members of the CPE staff and may include up to two members of the Professional Advisory Committee for the CPE program.
Students from another state, province, country, or territory may be interviewed by video conferencing in place of an in-person interview.
