The Center engages in significant research into new interventional pulmonary medical devices and techniques to offer patients the most advanced care for their needs.

Latest Treatment for Severe Emphysema

Do you suffer from severe emphysema? A new treatment, endobronchial valve, may help you.  The Interventional Pulmonary Center is the first center on the west coast to offer this treatment. By inserting small airway valves, physicians can block the diseased parts of the lung to reduce hyperinflation and ease breathing. If you suffer from severe emphysema, contact us to find out if endobronchial valve treatment can help you.

New procedure to diagnose lung nodules

If you’ve been told you have nodules in your lungs, consider the All In One Study at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix. This procedure can help diagnose lung lesions right at the time of testing.  This means a faster answer and more timely treatment, if needed.
