How can I avoid losing healthcare coverage?

Keep Your Contact Information Up to Date
Make sure your mailing address, phone number, and email on file are correct. Update your information at www.healthearizonaplus.gov or call 1 (855) HEAPLUS (432-7587), Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Check Your Mail
Look out for a renewal letter from AHCCCS about your healthcare coverage.

Received a Letter from AHCCCS?
If you received a coverage or renewal notice, visit www.healthearizonaplus.gov to check your status and complete your renewal. We can help. To schedule a time with one of our community assistors, call our Customer Care Center or fill out this form.

Respond to AHCCCS Requests
If AHCCCS asks for more information, provide it as soon as possible to avoid delays or loss of coverage.

Apply for Renewal on Time
Make sure you submit your renewal application before your coverage expires. You can submit by logging into www.healthearizonaplus.gov or calling our Customer Care Center for assistance.

What if I Don’t Qualify for AHCCCS or KidsCare?

If you no longer qualify for AHCCCS or KidsCare, you may be eligible for other coverage. Visit the Health Insurance Marketplace at www.HealthCare.gov to view options that fit your budget. Four out of five enrollees can find health plans that cost less than $10 a month.

If you are in the Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, Yuma and Cochise counties. Call our Banner|Aetna Marketplace plan at 844-374-5218 to help you find the right option.
