We know that health insurance can be confusing and overwhelming at times. We want to help simplify it for you and provide you with all the resources you need to access timely, and high quality healthcare coverage.

Plan materials provide information related to the health plan and benefits. Plan materials are effective as of October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. If you need a hard copy of the Member Handbook or Provider Directories, call our Customer Care Center so we can mail one to you at no cost.
