A New Leaf is dedicated to helping families, children, and adults facing challenges of all kinds. Whether it be the loss of a job, a medical crisis, domestic violence, homelessness, or another heartbreaking crisis, A New Leaf is there to help households recover and thrive.

A New Leaf will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide emergency and transitional shelter and long-term housing supports

Arouet's mission is to empower individuals impacted by the justice system to lead successful lives and strengthen communities.

Arouet will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide mentoring services for justice-impacted women.

Avant Recovery is a Peer Support Community of Practice (CoP) based on growing from the wisdom of lived experience. They are friends helping friends inspire hope, purpose, and passion to grow as individuals, strengthen social supports and create a foundation for personal fulfillment in daily life. 

Avant Recovery will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide housing support for members engaged in substance use treatment.

Arizona Women’s Recovery Center (AWRC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing substance use treatment to women through a variety of programs to address individual needs. All of AWRC’s programs focus on providing the tools and resources to assist women in living financially independent, drug and alcohol-free lives.

AWRC will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for restorative dental care for women in substance use treatment.

Since 1988, Banner Olive Branch Senior Center has been providing services to the community to help participants remain healthy, active and independent. The Center’s humble beginnings started with a food program in a local church, paying $1 annually in rent, with one loaned vehicle to deliver food. Today, Banner Olive Branch Senior Center has a fleet of 16 vehicles to support the center’s home delivered meal program and food pantry operations.

Banner Olive Branch Senior Center will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Senior Advocate Program addressing social determinants of health for seniors.

Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, professionally supported matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 6 through 18, in Maricopa County and Pinal County. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

Big Brothers Big Sisters will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their mentoring program for Native American youth.

Casa de los Niños is working to transform the lives of children and families exposed to trauma and adversity. 

Casa de los Niños will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Nurse-Family Partnership that supports nursing mothers and infants

Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) provides services to people of all backgrounds while honoring their Mexican-American roots. Their programs give individuals and families a seat at the table. They facilitate growth through five Areas of Impact:

  • Health & Human Services
  • Housing
  • Education
  • Economic Development
  • Advocacy

CPLC will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Healthy Aging Program that ehances social support for seniors.

Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy clinics, and eight mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.

Chiricahua will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Chiricahua Cares Program that addresses health related social needs.

Foundations for Senior Living (FSL) lives at the intersection of housing and health care, providing a wide range of services to over 40,000 Arizonans each year. For half a century, they've paved a path for all to age with confidence, working hand in hand with partners to provide community and home-based services.

FSL will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Non-Medical Transportation Program for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Foothills Caring Corps is dedicated to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for older adults and persons with disabling conditions residing throughout the Foothills community. Foothills Caring Corps' Staff, Volunteers, and Supporters strive to improve Neighbors' lives by addressing socialization, health, wellness, and mobility to promote physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.

Foothills Caring Corps will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide assistance to seniors and adults with disabling conditions to live independently.

Hushabye Nursery provides a therapeutic and inviting environment of short-term medical care to infants suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) and their families. They offer non-judgmental support, education and counseling to families in a cost-effective manner.

Hushabye Nursery will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Breaking Down Barriers support for pregnant, justice-involved individuals.

Helping to maintain the good health and happy lives of Santa Cruz County residents is the primary purpose of the Mariposa Community Health Center.

Mariposa Community Health Center will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Tomando Control de su Diabetes/Taking Control of Your Diabetes Program.

NorthSight Recovery helps clients build strong foundations for long-term recovery. Their supportive transitional living options offer additional structure and stability that are imperative in early recovery.

NorthSight Recovery will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide supportive transitional living options.

Oakwood Creative Care's mission is to enhance the quality of life and spark joy for older adults with cognitive or physical challenges, as well as their family care partners, through day clubs, memory cafés and other home and community-based services.

Oakwood Creative Care will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Perfect Place program; services to low-income seniors experiencing dementia.

The mission of Postpartum Support International Arizona Chapter is to promote awareness, prevention and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing in every county and tribal community statewide.

Postpartum Support International will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to provide maternal mental health training for lay providers such as doulas, CHWs, etc.

The San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc., with offices in San Luis and Somerton, provides quality, timely and affordable medical services in Yuma County.

The San Luis Walk-In Clinic will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Transitional Living Care program that supports individuals post-incarceration.

The Tucson Jewish Community Center has been a home away from home for Tucsonans of all ages, abilities, faiths, and identities. They serve more than 10,000 people from all walks of life who visit JCC to grow, play, learn, and relax. 

JCC will utilize Community Reinvestment funds for their Healthy Aging Program that supports independence and social connection.

Youth On Their Own (YOTO) is a dropout prevention program that supports the high school graduation and continued success of youth experiencing homelessness in Pima County.

YOTO will utilize Community Reinvestment funds to address barriers to education for students experiencing homelessness.
