Over-the-Counter Benefits

Banner Medicare Advantage has partnered with Healthy Benefits by Solutran to give you easy access to your over the counter (OTC) benefits. With Banner Medicare Advantage, you will receive a quarterly allowance on your OTC card. You can also use this card to access discounts on everyday products. Click Here to discover discounts and learn more about the benefits you’ll have. 

Easy Ways to Shop:

• In-Store: Shop in participating stores such as Albertsons, CVS, Fry’s, H Mart, Safeway, Walgreens, and Walmart
• Online: Click Here to order items anytime online using the OTC catalog. Orders will be shipped to you at no extra charge. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for delivery.
• Phone: Order items by phone using the OTC catalog: (855) 577-1359, TTY 711, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week from October to March; and Monday through Friday from April to September.
• Mobile App: Order items by using the Healthy Benefits+ mobile app. Information on downloading the mobile app will be provided with the OTC catalog.

Effective January 1, 2025, Banner Medicare Advantage has contracted with &more™ to administer your over-the-counter (OTC) benefit. You will be receiving a new OTC card in the mail directly from &more™ with instructions on how to activate your new card. Your new card will be effective on January 1, 2025. Your current card will expire and be deactivated as of December 31, 2024.
