Tyler Wallace is the Director of Business Operations at the Banner Sports Medicine High Performance Center. Wallace leads the development of solutions for clients, technology integration, the Banner athlete experience, operations, and business development.
Wallace brings over 20 years of experience working and consulting with some of the world’s greatest athletes, including World Champions, Hall of Famers, All-Stars and Olympians and across a range of organizations, including the NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA and FIFA. He served as a performance consultant with the Phoenix Suns, implementing athlete testing, analytics and programming within an integrated sports medicine and strength and conditioning system. In addition, Wallace worked for the Phoenix Suns within a cross-functional team to help develop an innovative and leading model for athlete care and performance in the NBA.
Before joining the High Performance Center, Wallace served as senior director of education at Exos, leading a business unit and team that delivered online and onsite education to more than 60 countries. He has also held leadership roles with Fusionetics, a human performance technology start-up, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Within these roles, Wallace has been fortunate to see the evolution of technology and integrate it within evidence-based systems to continue personalizing and improving athlete health and performance in different modalities, both in-person and virtual, and across various populations.
Wallace earned his bachelor’s from Arizona State University and has advanced specializations as a performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
