Arizona-based medical schools offering clerkships include:
East Morgan County Hospital, Brush, has two-year internships in the Radiology Technologist program and the Phlebotomy Technologies Certificate program from Morgan Community College.
Platte County Memorial Hospital, Wheatland, offers a first-year Family Medicine clerkship in rural family and community care in partnership with the Wheatland Medical Clinic through the WWAMI program. Platte County Memorial Hospital, Wheatland, offers a Family Medicine clerkship in family medicine for third- and fourth-year students through Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.
Community Hospital, Torrington, and the Banner Medical Clinics offer a third-year Family Medicine clerkship in rural family and community care through the WWAMI program. For more information, please visit the WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho) Medical Education Program.
Community Hospital, Torrington, and the Banner Medical Clinics offer a Family Medicine and elective rotation available for the Wyoming Family Medicine Residency in Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming. These are not scheduled on a regular basis, but the residents can use Torrington and Banner Medical Clinic if they request it through their program.
